After obtaining my BS in Computer Sciences from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, I completed a Psychoanalyst degree at the Institute of the Psychoanalytic Society of Mexico and at the New Center for Psychoanalysis in Santa Monica. I have had the honor of holding various positions at the International Psychoanalytical Association currently being the Chairman of the IPA - Membership Communications sub-Committee, Consultant for the IPA - Psychoanalyst Emigration & Relocation Committee, Director of Membership Division at the New Center for Psychoanalysis, and President of the Rose City Center (Pasadena).  

 

Former Chair of Communications of the Federation of Psychoanalytic Societies of Latin-America (FEPAL), Professor at the China- American Psychoanalytic Alliance (CAPA), Heguang Institute, and TanXinLi. 
 

 

As the Director of the Youth Helpline at Alliance for Internet Safety, I had the opportunity of sharing my experience at major events in Washington D.C. (FOSI) and Latin America, fostering a culture of online safety, prevention, detection, and treatment of children and adults who have developed pathological use of the Internet or have been abused, exploited or trafficked through the Internet.

I am fluent in Spanish, and I speak basic Mandarin.
