California Victim Compensation Board CalVCB

The California Victim Compensation Board CalVCB is a state program dedicated to providing reimbursement for many crime-related expenses to eligible victims who suffer physical injury or the threat of physical injury as a direct result of a violent crime. CalVCB funding comes from restitution paid by criminal offenders through fines, orders, penalty assessments, and federal funds.  I am happy to provide my services to eligible victims, including Spanish-speaking victims.

A crime can severely affect a victim, even months after the event.    If you are a victim of a crime or a family member of a victim, you may be eligible to receive mental health services through the CalVCB Program.
